Haviland Telephone offers phone service with a more personal touch. Get it all – clear connection, reliability and unlimited local calling – at a low monthly price!
With unlimited local calling, Basic Phone service is perfect for anyone looking to keep it local. This plan lets you call locally, go online and send faxes, too. It’s your local connection, without unneeded calling features.
Add a long distance plan to give you the flexibility to call anyone at any time.
What do you do if you need to make an important call and your mobile phone's battery loses its charge at the same time your power goes out in your home? A corded landline home phone does not require electricity, so calls can be placed or received to family and friends with no delay and with clear reception.
Having a home phone can be more reliable during and after natural disasters. During times of emergency, cell towers have a limited call capacity. But with a reliable home phone, you know you can dial out and receive calls any day and any time with less of a chance of dropped calls or bad connections.
Many security systems require a landline, because landline monitoring is by far the most reliable method of sending your alarm's signal.
Connect with friends and family across the globe with our Long Distance telephone service.

With this service, all calls from unknown or private numbers and those from outside Haviland Telephone's 12 exchanges will be screened. These callers will hear an announcement:
"The number your have reached does not accept calls from telemarketers or private callers. If you are a telemarketer, please place this number on your Do Not Call list and hang up now. If you are not a telemarketer, please press “1” to reveal your caller id information and your call will be completed. Otherwise, hang up." If the call is completed, calls from that number will not hear the announcement again.
Manually Add Numbers to Your "Known Caller" List:
You can manually add numbers to your Known Caller List by dialing *95 to access the service and then follow the voice prompts to add the 10-digit numbers, including area code. For example: If your parents and your siblings live out of state, you can add their numbers to your known number list and they will never hear the telemarketer announcement.
Adding a Number to Your "Blocked Number" List:
If someone calls you and you do not want him or her to be able to call you again, you can add the caller's number to your Blocked Number list. After hanging up, immediately pick up the phone and dial *96 to add that caller to the blocked list. Also, you can dial *95 and follow the voice prompts to add the 10-digit numbers to your Blocked Number list.
